Bridging the Gap Between Education and Career Readiness
The gap between academic preparation and career readiness is real. Many students graduate with excellent grades but no clear direction about their careers. IIT Hyderabad recognized this challenge and partnered with Frontlines EduTech to deliver structured, industry-aligned career guidance.
Over 6 months, our team conducted 24 comprehensive career guidance sessions reaching 850+ students across CSE, IT, and Electronics departments. These weren’t generic lectures—each session was designed to help students explore career options, understand market realities, and make informed decisions about their future.
Our approach combined three critical elements:
Industry Insight: Working professionals shared real-world experiences, market trends, and what companies actually look for in hiring candidates. Students learned directly from people working in roles they aspired to.
Career Exploration: Rather than pushing students toward predetermined paths, we helped them discover their own strengths, interests, and values—then matched these with viable career options.
Personal Clarity: One-on-one guidance sessions helped students develop personalized career plans with specific, actionable next steps.
